Located at the iconic intersection of Bathurst and Dupont in midtown Toronto, this nine-story, 160,000 sq. ft. structure showcases expert steel fabrication for its towering frame. By providing precision-engineered steel solutions, Pittsburgh Steel Group ensured the building’s structural integrity while accommodating its innovative features, including a drive-through loading bay and a sustainable green roof. The red brick facade, supported by our durable steel framework, beautifully honors the historical character of the neighborhood, blending tradition with modern innovation.
